Mission Nuestra Señora de Altagracia Parish (Bogotá, Colombia)

We have a missionary presence in this beautiful parish. We started in October 2016 with the presence of an ICM and with the support of some lay people associated with the FENI charism, since 2023 two sisters have joined us. The mission is very enriching, children, youth and adults are cared for in the formation of pre-sacramental catechesis. The sick are cared for weekly with the Eucharist and the pastoral care of listening. We also collaborate in the parish office, which is a space where people are attended to with all the love and attention they deserve.

We are part of the TOTAL WORK. Thanks to the charisma of Saint Nazaria we have our parish priest Javier Barbosa, member of the SACNI and Carlos Alberto, also a member of the SACNI, and Jenny, wife of the deacon, accompanies us. There are 15 members of FENI, 4 of them share the mission with us on weekends. Our parish priest gives his testimony of how the charism of NMF has captivated him and for us as MCI it is a testimony of life. We are grateful to God for this gift that he gives us to be able to share the mission in this beautiful parish of Our Lady of Altagracia.
