When we were invited to be part of the team to do a work camp with the inmates of the prison, we did not think twice about accepting. Although collaborating with the inmates may seem shocking, the reality is positive and satisfying. There is a spirit of collaboration among us.

The team is made up of several volunteers: those from the prison ministry, six young volunteers from Caritas and five from the diocesan Caritas. The experience has been very positive, experiencing that everyone – whether an inmate or not – has a lot to contribute.
