Visit of the Missionary Group of Madrid to the Sisters’ Community of Granada

In the October meeting, in the light of the reflections of the work and prayer of that day “Leaving a footprint”, “We are the footprint we leave”, as a commitment to get involved in a reality, it was agreed to visit the sisters of Granada, who, in connection with our reflection, are a living example of this “leaving a footprint”. They have been leaving their “mark” wherever they have been, wherever they have lived the charism of Mother Nazaria.

It was a very beautiful day. In the morning, we held various craft workshops with them, related to Christmas, decorations, stars… they loved it, we played a Christmas Bingo with figures from the Nativity Scene.

In the afternoon we celebrated Advent in the chapel, reflecting on the four figures of Advent, Isaiah, John the Baptist, Joseph and Mary. And leaving prepared a cradle, in the straws, our petitions, our thanksgiving, our commitments, so that on the 24th they will place the Child.

From the group that we were, giving thanks to God for putting us on this path of Advent, a path of waiting, of faith and hope, to this community of sisters, a point of reference to continue walking, to continue with faith and hope.
