Christmas time

As every year we celebrate Christmas. The glory of God has been manifested in the littleness of a child. The child, innocent and without stain of sin, was born in a manger. Faith which is an enlightenment implies the adherence of human intelligence and a religious ethic. This is why a Protestant Christian once asked a priest if the celebration of Christmas was a repetition of the same thing. This pastoral concern inspires us to ask this question which will guide our article: What is the relationship with the Incarnation and salvation, what impact does this truth of faith have on our life? The Saviour is born.

Christmas is the commemoration of the birth of Jesus in history. It is often seen as a children’s festival because a child is born. But, it is a universal event that marks the history of all mankind and transcends human space and time, ‘to you is born the Saviour, the Messiah, the Lord’. In reality, Jesus was born 2023 years ago and is born today for each one of us.
