Douala, Cameroon

Seeing the mission of Cameroon and not being attracted to it is very difficult. And it is that the sisters walk together with a wide diversity of the population.

The MCI mission in the neighborhoods of Oyack, Bilongué and NdogPassi are marked by education and health care, although there is also pastoral animation and formation in the charism.

M. General is making a non-canonical visit to these communities, accompanied by her councillor, Sr. Alejandra González.

We have visited the Oyack Catholic Hospital, which provides health care to the area.

The Aisa shelter, where young people with family problems, are trained in job workshops.

The basic education schools, preschool and primary, in the neighborhoods of Oyack and Bilongué.

In an interview with the pedagogical coordinator of the Schools, M. Yves Kamsu, also a member of FENI, thanked the work being done. And he recalled that the mission is carried out because we share it, because we are a family that complements and enriches itself.
