ALMERÍA (SPAIN) AND BUENOS AIRES (ARGENTINA)
We want to continue accompanying the communities, despite mobility limitations and restrictions that do not allow us to move.
That is why, from the general government, we decided to start holding virtual meetings with all the communities over the next few months. While recognizing that these encounters cannot replace visits, we believe that we can take advantage of new technologies to meet and continue accompanying as circumstances allow us.
In February we got in touch with the communities of Almería (Spain) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).
Almería´s community is located in the Los Almendros neighborhood, whose population is mostly gypsy. This insertion in theneighborhood has allowed us to be neighbors of the neighbors, to follow up with the families and to collaborate in the pastoral care of the neighborhood.
The stately house of Buenos Aires is a historical presence, a house of prayer and encounters. Founded by Santa Nazaria, it is in the central avenue of the Constituents.
After the interviews, joy for the meeting and a grateful heart for the generous dedication of the sisters.
